 The Profl ow II HE cartridge is designed
for fi ltration of microelectronic
fl uids. High purity polypropylene
and hydrophilic PTFE provide an
economical alternative for the fi ltration
of various microelectronics chemicals.
The hydrophilic nature of the PTFE
membrane does not require pre-wetting
for aqueous based liquids typically
necessitated with standard PTFE
membranes reducing total operating cost
and process up-times.
Profl ow II HE is available in both
Standard and SELECT pleated versions.
SELECT pleating allows for additional
surface membrane surface areas and
exceptional fl ow rates and on-stream life.
Profl ow II HE cartridges are
manufactured in a ISO 9001 certifi ed
Class 10,000 cleanroom and fl ushed
with ultra high purity deionized water
and 100% integrity tested as well as
serialized to provide complete product
purity, reliability and traceability.
